What must you do to get into heaven?

Admit you are a sinner
There is no one righteous, not even one…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:10,23)

Ask God’s forgiveness
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13)

Believe in Jesus
Put your trust in him as your only hope for salvation. 
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

(Jesus said):  I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the father (goes to heaven) but by me.
 
If you were on a plane that was going to crash and there was a parachute under   your seat what would you do?  Put it on. You wouldn’t just believe in it—you would put it on. That’s what we need to do with Jesus—not just believe in him but put him on—put your trust in what he has done and what he says

Confess that Jesus is your Lord
“If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

If you can admit today that you are a sinner (you’ve broken the law of God), can you also admit today that you need a savior? 

The GOOD NEWS is that Jesus came to earth to save you from your sins!
